How to edit your Portrait Watch Face for watchOS 11

WARNING

watchOS 11 requires iPhone Xs or later or iPhone SE (2nd generation or later) with iOS 18 and one of the following Apple Watch models:

  • Apple Watch SE (2nd generation)

  • Apple Watch Series 6

  • Apple Watch Series 7

  • Apple Watch Series 8

  • Apple Watch Series 9

  • Apple Watch Series 10

  • Apple Watch Ultra

  • Apple Watch Ultra 2



Portrait watch faces are gone, they changed to Photos Watch Faces with watchOS 11 update.


If you have created any Portrait Watch Faces, you should transform it to the Photos Watch Face in order to edit and make changes to the complications.


Here are steps:



STEP 1 - Watch app installed on your iPhone


Make sure you’ve already installed Watch app on your iPhone.

STEP 2 - Add a Watch Face on Coolz app


Tap the Add Apple Watch Face button on the Watch Face Screen on Coolz app

STEP 3 - Transform it to the new Watch Face


On the watch app on your iPhone,

  • Tap the Watch Face you've already added

  • A screen will be opened which states Make Changes with the New Photos Watch Face

  • Tap View New Photos Watch Face button

  • It will automatically duplicate your old watch face and create a new one.

STEP 4 - Edit your new Watch Face


You can adjust the size of the time and font from the new Watch Face page.

You can change the complications in the Watch Face by tapping Complications button. Then you can change it by tapping any complication from the list
