Welcome to Coolz! These terms of use (the "Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, which offers a collection of Watch Faces, Watch Face Complications and Wallpapers for your Apple Watch, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Changes to Terms or Services
We may modify the Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we will notify you by updating the Terms on our app or through other communications. Please review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Registration and Your Information
To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. When you do, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments and Subscriptions
Some features of Coolz are available for free, while others require payment. Subscription fees and details will be provided at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription payments are handled through your Apple App Store account.

Content and Intellectual Property
Coolz and all content provided through the Services, including designs, text, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of Coolz or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

Copyright Infringement Notice
App Origins Studio Yazılım Anonim Şirketi has adopted its general policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any material on the Coolz app violates your copyright, please notify App Origins Studio Yazılım Anonim Şirketi at hello@apporigins.com. Your notice should include the following: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; (b) clear identification of the material that you claim is infringing; (c) your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address; (d) a statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; and (e) a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Upon receiving your notice, we will review it promptly and take the appropriate action, which may include removing or blocking access to the allegedly infringing material.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Coolz at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal or harmful behavior.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Turkish Courts shall have jurisdiction over any actual or potential dispute arising from this Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction and venue.
